I just started about 10 days ago....first time ever, and I'm 46.And I'm out of shape. Haha
So...I don't know how good I'll ever be. I tend to have some cardio going. But the podcast was interesting. I get the "no, never too late," however a lot of the experiences talked about seemed to indicate that it's significantly harder to be an oldie like me to be good. This will take some work, I expect.
